APS TT w/ Cats (Dyno Attached)
I finally got my Unichip tuned this weekend at Car v.2 in Wilmington, DE. I was a little nervous about how much power I would lose from running HF cats instead of test pipes, but as you can see, I don't think I lost that much at all: 418whp and 363wtq (with a nice and flat tq curve) The cats likely hurt my spool time (about 500rpms later to full boost than what other APS TT's report), but I may see if that can be remedied soon with a better boost controller. All things considered I'm very happy with it. I was making 380whp on the base map that I was running so the tune gave me a solid 40whp gain -- and also yielded considerably smoother tq and power curves. I can't wait for the roads to dry up so I can test it out! Thanks to James and Jay at Car v.2 for all their hard work and for staying (very) late last night to finish my tune.
EDIT- forgot to mention: I am at 8psi.
