I had a Vortec V1 on a bone stock VQ30 and was runing 13psi of boost and a 35 shot. I actually got 60whp out of the 30bhp NOS jets on the dyno, cooling effect I guess. If you tun for it it will hold. I got tired of that and just went turbo, from 0.9bar to 1.4bar with the push of a button, its like free nitrous

Only problem with that is that nitrous runs out much faster then Met/water. So do some research on weather or not you can run water through roots blower. I think mike from violent racing was experimenting with these set ups. Maybe he will chime in
I have experienced ALOT with this Stillen/Eaton M62 SC, but I have not tried N2O, nor would I on the stock motor. We have seen about 10whp. with the N2O FMIC spray and methonol, water injection.

spray it on the aftercooler. you only need the spray bar and one nitrous solenoid.

So what was the consensus here? Is it ok to run some sort of N20 setup that sprays into the FMIC on the Stillen Stage 4 on stock internals?

I thought that the intercooler spray setup only sprays onto the intercooler not in it. I am going with a stillen supercharger in a few months and was planning on using the NX intercooler kit I have left over from my GST eclipse. I havent even opened it yet. I would think that spraying NOS onto the front of your intercooler would chill it a lot. Dont know why you would need a new tune either. It would just be like running your car in winter, but all year

Yeah spraying the cooler should be fine, I cant imagine problems from that, but I think people were saying they wouldn't use it in the motor.... i would love to see someone do it though!

I plan on purchasing a trunk mount WI kit from Cooling Mist very soon. Has anyone tried this with their Stillen Kit? Opinions? Will I loose any power from this?

Default stillen 9 lbs of boost

I just ordered a supercharger cam from GT motor sports.
It going on my stage 4 stillen running a 9 lb pulley.
The blower has been ported, it curently make 302 rwhp and its a 5 AT on 19 inch rims. The engine is running on 5 cylinders as i only have 140 psig in #2 cylinder. it ran 13.14 at the track with this motor on slicks. Not great times but track conditions were not great. The plug looks real bad, but i think that I burnt a valve as I have been driving it for the last 5 month. Best time was a 13.08 on the 19 inch tires at 7.5 lb of boost.
The cams are going in the new block and i will be removing the headers.
My base line was 214 to 216. stock. Do not have the dyno of this run.
I have bought an greedy emanage ultimate and 440 injecters. I will be removing the 7th injecter.
Once we get it tuned we will be adding a Zex nitrous kit starting at the 55 shot first. Then stepping it up to a 75 shot.
We will dyno the engine with and with out the headers.
Hoping for 335 to 340 before the nitrous. This would be great #'s for a 5 AT.
