Exclamation What is the most horsepower out of a Turbonetics kit, so far?

I know of at least 2 people on this forum with built motors and this turbo, but I have seen no dynos from these guys. Anyone have any dynos, I have seen one at 476 and 550 whp and wtq. Anyone in the 500 club and at what boost, dynos please.

i know that my car is on the e0-1 at 5.0psi start boost.... 8.2psi at around 6500 rpm.... i watched it peak to 9.9psi last week at 7grand (7000rpm) in 4th gear.... so my alarm is now set at 9.2 so i can watch for spiking if it happens...... keep in mind i have an HKS 3 inch exhaust strait back... no cat, no resignators..... and a huge ssr engineering intake manifold.

what worries me is that when in 6th gear and running... boost keeps climbing. i was at 120mph and boost was at 9psi and still going up. scarey

anyway..... the pull in my car is pretty serious... im waiting to dyno.. but it feels like its in the 400 hp range ...im going to guess just at 400 or just under. (given that i still have turbonetics' small injectors they give)

im curious now... whos in the mid 5hundreds with their set up?

I wish Red Hot Z would chime in and let us in on his built motor numbers with the kit.

I've heard of someone that has 650+ on a T66 with the kit... Of course, it seems this person seems to not know of the intraweb.

has turbonetics confirmed this??^^ With a T66, it seems like it would be able to do it with supporting mods.

Actuallly the T66 compressor can support 720 HP worth of air so I absolutely believe that..

I am more than curious to see dynos and perhaps a video or two of some turbonetics guys with 500+whp. The t66 would be fun to see, but how soon would it take to get to full boost?

Same amount of time. The turbine is unchanged and the compressor should hit 15 PSI before 4k still...

Now that is impressive, is that part of the staged kits with turbonetics or have they released that data, yet?

That would be Stage 2.
So far this is the Stage 2 kit breakdown:

T66/Stage V ceramic ball bearing turbo
Spearco FMIC
Newgen wastegate
Godzilla or dual Raptor BOV
Walbro 255 lph fuel pump
750cc injectors
Fuel return system
Unichip Q with Flux display and 5 map switch (6 channel datalogging via Bluetooth link, closed loop boost control)
Water/meth injection kit
piping etc the same as other kits.

Stage 1.5 (upgrade from Stage 1)
Unichip Q with Flux Display (same features as above)
630cc injectors
Fuel Return system
Optional add on water/meth kit

Stage 1.5 complete kit:
60-1/Stage V ceramic ball bearing turbo
Spearco FMIC
Evolution wastegate
Raptor Bov
Walbro 255 lph fuel pump
630 cc injectors
Fuel Return System
Unichip Q with flux display (all features from above)
piping etc the same as before...
optional add on water/meth kit

All I need is the water/meth kit for stage 1.5, I have 650cc injectors, are they going to offer that as an add-on, for stage 2 I wonder if they plan on core exchanges on the turbo? I know there is a thread on this but this is easier, lol

Please tell me Robb that Turbonetics will offer a Tuner Version of this, since some of us already have EMS and fuel return... Eventually if I am able to keep my Z (trying to work the numbers so I can easily buy a home and still keep the Z), chances are I will need to replace the piping and would like the turbo upgrade along with a new fuel pump and water/meth injection

The water/meth injection will be offered as a standalone kit with a standalone controller as well. In fact its so impressive to the tuner working to tailor the kit that he opted to use their standalone controller over using his EMS to control the system.
