Default Quit whining

Modding a N/A car is always more expensive then say modding a factory turbo car, anyway you slice it. Force induction for a N/A car is not for you unless you have the money to spend, if you don't, then don't even worry about it.

He also hinted that a new manifold was in the kit. Personally, I think Stillen overcharges and I will probably just wait for Vortech to come out with a S/C. I have a Vortec Supercharger on my truck and it is great, it was very easy to install and they have helped me with any problems I had. I have not heard great reviews about Stillen.
IS that 80 to 100 HP to the wheels?

You know, your admonishment of the population would carry a lot more weight if you had actually spelt "whining" correctly.

It was a typo, thanks for letting me know, but don't need to be so smart about it.

I dont think thats to bad of a price. My Kenne Bell for my 2001 Dodge Dakota was $5000. And i did the install my self. You can see pics of it here: http://dakota.uberlame.com. I dont like the idea of having to buy a new hood tho. Numbers wise, im holding out too see what twin turbo's are going to be putting out.

On a side note, i love my supercharger, and im glad i chose it over a turbo. But thats for my truck, it needs the full boost at 2000 rpm, and a VERY flat tq. curve. The car on the other hand will be a different story. I cant wait to see how it plays out.

That minor difference made a difference in handling. Without the brace at all, I would expect the Z would handle very differently at high speed.

Not having the brace was a big boo boo.
I would NOT buy one w/o the brace. Handling is more important to me than raw HP.

It makes the hood look bloated. Very unattractive.

YEAH, I liked his setup, just pull a cable and the S/C starts spooling, it was a great FX for car nuts like us.
