Looks good!!! I would open it up. Would be a great look for your Z!! if you got it, flount it!

BTW, what are your thoughts about your Seibon TS hood? Fitment; good, great of needed alot of work? Overall quality; CF weave, Imperfections, skeleton? How useful are the vents in keeping the underhood temps down? did the hood come with water plugs for the vents? if so how effective and easy to install are they?

The Seibon TS hood fitment is still poor. Even though Seibon said it's been fixed, but not really. The weave is pretty good, skeleton is jsut smooth fiberglass just like any other CF hood. The top vents hit the battery and fluid plastic covers. On the 2 sides near the fenders it bulge up( not flush with the fender line). Beside those flaws, the hood look very good in person. The vents are functional as it release hot air from the engine bay. It definitely keep my hood temp down( don't know for sure how much ). They don't come with rain guards for the vents. I washed my car couple times with the hood and drove int he rain couple times. The car runs fine.

Thank you for the imputs.....I will leave it as is for now.

Slightly off topic , but do you have to remove the bumper or can you take a cutting shear to it???

It would be much cleaner of a job imo if you remove the bumper, but I suppose it can be done from the outside...

I, too, think it would look cleaner and meaner to open up the front bumper.

Seibon hood looks hot. I had that exact one..and loved it...until it started dimpling, and it rubbed on just about everything under the hood. Took it off a few months back.

It's Seibon CF lip. It's a replica of the Veilside CF lip.
