TN and UTEC issue

uestion not sure if anyone has had an issue like this or any idea what it might be. I was in 5th gear at about 5000 rpms and I was about to up shift and then al of sudden my SES comes on nand flashes about six times and then goes away. any ideas???

read the code today..it is p0300. MIA was right random misfire. Anything I should do for this. Dave thanks for the offer on the read. I broke down figured be a good time to get one anyways.

It is weird that the light would flash like that from a po300. I'd bet he did get a knock event and the PO300 is a seperate issue. I'd expect the SES light may come on if you drive the car more.

I can see it. Your AFR doesn't look bad. It appears to hover between 11.5:1 and 11.9:1, which is fine, but getting close to 12. If you're interested in running safe, you might want to richen it up to 11-11.5:1 depending on how much timing you're running.
