Default After FI the AC only works if I set it the lowest

Just what the subject says. I didn't test my AC because there was no need to and decided to test it the other day. I had it set to 65 degrees and it was blowing hot air. I lowered it and it was still blowing hot air. When I dropped it down to 60 degrees which is the lowest, it was blowing cold air. What could be causing this? When I moved it up to 61 the hot air blew again. So now I have no AC unless I want to keep it on 60 degrees. Is there a sensor that needs to be reset or something? I think I remember somebody else posting this problem before but I did a search and couldn't find it. I'm sure somebody can help me on this. Thanks guys.
