I asked a friend of mine (works for a phone company) to tell me who owns the said phone number. I thought I would maybe try and get name of this character but guess what! It's a Target store in Hollywood, FL. Or they own that number at least.

i dont know man. western union is the EASIEST way to have money stolen from you. happened to me when i was tryin to buy an alpine TV a few years ago. it was on ebay to. ebay could not do anything because the payment was through western union and ebay strongly advises against that.

dont buy it... if it looks to good to be true, it probably is.

Western Union is bad news, man. Totally untrackable, and most of the scammers on ebay use that payment method.

Well i guess it could be a company cell phone that the guy has. Somehow find a target phone number that you can call and get the name of the person who has that number. He could be like a regional manager or something and have a company cell phone becuase he has to travel.

Although there are several other bases in Fla. Sounds very fishy.

True True..

Sounds like the guy a couple weeks ago that was selling parts cheap and turned out to be a scam. The guy has 0 feedback, which probably means it is a brand new account and as for PayPal it is nothing to set up, the Westin Union thing should be a BIG RED FLAG.. Just my opinion...

If it sounds Too good to be TRUE .... It probably is.....

the best thing to do when not sure....is to not do it, getting a used turbo kit, is aking for trouble

1. The shop that installs it, if they find a problem with your car. There gonna blame the kit

2. Might be a complete kit, but you will be buying somethings, and the shops gonna have to troubleshoot what your missing (if theres no instructions)

3. Anytime car car messes up, even if the shop did it...since you bought a used kit on EBAY..its the kits fault..

Do it right..get it new
