Will an ST setup do better on a drag strip then a TT?
Im not being a "hater" as you like to call it Ive never even seen you run the car. Im just going by 3rd party accounts. What I was commenting on was every thread you dont bash or playing search police in you are acting as no one else knows how to drive worth a damn and you are the end all 350z drag racer.
I was told otherwise about your transmission issues maybe its false whos to say. You seem a bit touchy with my comments though must have hit a sore spot. World is full of internet tough guys!

I would not consider what I said as an insult. I stated that every chance you get you pounce on a newb asking a simple question or to brag about your times which everyone here im sure has heard 1000 times. Now if you take that as an insult you need a thicker skin. Im sure we will run into each other sooner or later we can continue this then if you wish.
How about i put it this way.
It takes a godly driver to put a ST into the 11's but any n00b can put a TT into the 11's.
Everybody happy? :P
As for why? i think its go alot to do with eh linear power curve being easier to control. Does that make TT better then ST? Not really. Its all a matter of choice and perference.

I agree a little bit with either of you
I just don't think there is enough people drag racing so not a lot runs a certain number. I ran a 13.35 on a Z with just intake and test pipes on ET streets, and my 60 ft is a weak *** 1.92. So yeah, anyone can run those times and I will show you 12s are very reachable with just intake and exhaust, and so are 11s on a single turbo.
People just need P R A C T I C E. You can't expect to run those numbers on street tires, then be amazed how some people run these "amazing" times. It's called PRACTICE and dedicated drag racing tires!!!!!!!!
I'm relatively new to drag racing and I am no expert by any means. So no, there are no "drag racing Gods". Just go out there, and get practice!
Let's please try to keep disputes like this to a PM level. Thanks in advance guys.

at the time, my whp was actually lower than his.

lets back up for just a second here..
A: first time at the track (yes, me)
B: No Test Pipes/ CATS = slow spool up - you= no cats
C: I pulled at the end after terrible launches
D: your hp was lower on the dynojet, but my torque was lower
E: I was on stock tune at 9.XXAFR and 8.5 lbs. of boost
My second time at the track, still with CATS, I managed to match your time 12.9XX. So all things being equal, I.E. tune, boost, AFR, exhaust, driver, I think the TT will pull ahead at the end.
All in all, I am glad we got to experience this together, same dyno on same day, same track, both with street tires. I can't wait to get your DR's to see if I can pull a better time then a 12.4 now that I have TP and tuned at 9psi 11AFR. And even with my updated set-up, my wtq is still lower then yours.
