Nice av!

I'm going back to NA for now. I've already sold almost everything except for engine, which I have a few fence sitters at the moment.

I have been kicking around a dual wastegate setup on the TN, locating the wastegates up by the manifolds. This would eliminate the exhaust restrictions in the stock TN piping.

This should allow you to stretch the powerband on the TN setup and moake ALOT more power! What most people don't realize is that the TN guys are making peak power down around 5500 rpm, not 6200-6500 like the TT guys.

How much more power can you make with the TN if you efficiently continue making power past 5500 rpms?

my motor will be done by oct 27th. I have a built motor in there already and I have stock cams and stock headers. I will start a thread just for you guys after its tune to tell you what it REALLLY can do, instead of all this speculation. I have turbo xs dual boost controllers, UTEC, 550cc injectors, and aam fuel return. Im ready to push that turbo and theyll be NO MORE wondering of what this turbo can do. Lol Im kind of sick of people and myself wondering what its true limits are. Any options for title names lol when I get the dyno up on it so everyone knows to look at it???

Don't go posting a hp power curve that peaks before 6250rpm, and makes 478rwhp and consider that succesful. The name of the game is to make power until 6250. My built motor and TN will be done Friday. We are going all the way to the limit. May the best car win.

Lol jetpilot I was wondering why you didnt say much about your care being done lately. Im gonna tune it to its limit, but if its limit is not a smooth power curve, then most likely Ill bring down the psi and hp for a better curve. Linear power lol is what I want. It looks like you and I are going to be the first to know about what this turbo kit can really do. Are you going to be using aftermarket headers and cams?? Im all stock wit the headers and cams, but I am sharing pretty much the same built short block as you. TN all the way lol, Im sure itll be able to pump enough power for me to be happy with until the stage 2, with the new gtk turbos comes out

I have Alphawerks headers but no cams. I would just assume wait for the GTK turbo. Are you using the Evolution wastegate?

From what I've seen aftermarket headers aren't well suited for the single turbo setups because they slow down the exhaust air...

Yea im still running the same wastegate, I kinda want to know what the stage 1 kit itself can do. Im running the wastegate to atmosphere though, not back into the exhaust, might help relieve some pressure and restriction. Im thinking max I can get is 450 with the stock headers and evolution wastegate??? Are you going to upgrade the wastegate or push the stage 1 to its limit???

what about the underdrive crank pulley w/after market headers? pulley allows quicker revs, so is air/exhaust velocitiy same or almost same as with stock crank pulley with stock maniforlds? i have no scientific data to compare, just curious.

This may be true with all factors being constant except for upgrading the headers. But I am making a lot more power than the 365whp I was making with the Turbonetics kit out of the box. So I believe the increase in header runner diameter will be advantageous.

LemansZ20.... which headers and cams are you running?

JET[/QUOTE]

Im gonna be running the stock headers and stock cams. I could never decide on cams, so I figured it wont hurt to just push the kit to its limits. When Im done Im gonna basically try and get the most power I can out of the basic TN kit. When stage 2 comes out, im gonna buy the alphawerk headers like you and the new jwt turbo application cams. Then Ill retune lol and probs I assume have like 550 or more. What ecu are you running Jet????
