I just recently installed the Vortech and I love it! I have been curious however... Is there anyway to install a Stillen SC unit in conjuction with the Vortech to create a SC Monster with pull from the moment you hit the gas all the way thru redline?
I figure with a set-up like that the Stillen will get you out of the hole in a hurry and then at 3500 - 4000 the Vortech kicks in and takes you the rest of the way... I am not sure about the pulley arrangement on the stillen so I dont know if there would be any conflicts, or would there be any way to incorporate the two....

Although I guess it would be possible in theory, it would be a pain in the *** to deal with. The parasitic losses would be HUGE due to the fact that you're running two blowers off the single crankshaft.
There is such a thing as a dualcharger which incorporates a turbo and a blower and it has been done in the past with success, only its quite an engineering achievement to do so (especially in your own garage). Basically a roots blower would be used for low end power and to assist in spooling up a larger turbo (or turbos).
This has been discussed in this forum in the past; and really, if you don't really plan on trying this there's no point in debating it.

No Lag - MONSTER boost by 2650 RPM! Set up to 22.5 PSI. Alot to handle and you will smile ALL THE WAY...
Two SC units will Simply Steal Power away from the motor...The nature of the beast!
I will trade-in your Vortech for CREDIT.

swap your rear diff gear for the 3.9:1 set that is available.
Centrifugal blower love steep gears. It is awesome!!!
If you want to learn more about making a vortech car run fast, troll some of the mustang forums. Mustang guys have been using vortechs to go fast for years. You will learn alot of tricks.
www.corral.net used to be a plethora of info. I'm not sure if it is anymore though; haven't visited in years.

yeah i'd swap out the final drive with a 3.5 or even 3.9 if you want more low grunt.
Next step would be the 2.87 pulley or headers. You can always go to a T-trim blower too if it's still not enough power and can build up the block, but there might be belt slip issues.
I'd actually think about ditching the vortech all together and go with a turbo before attempting to put a stillen on and add more weight and parasitic loss to the car. Would be cheaper and you know it'll work

Will you trade in my Stillen stage 4?
I have a 04' G sedan and am thinking about going TT later this year. PM me a ballpark price with a non-built engine and trade in value. I am just looking for ~380-400whp with as little lag as possible.
Thanks!
