OK guys i just got done bolting up my blower after doing a cam install and all of a sudden after the car warmed up i got a misfire code. I know that fouled spark plugs can cause cylinder misfire si that will be the first thing i check. The thing that has me worried is according to the obd2 i am getting +25 fuel trim in bank 1 and -25 fuel trim in bank 2. Can fouled spark plugs affect fuel trim? What are the other possibilities causing the misfire (coil pack, injectors)? I am just hoping that my PE 510cc injectors aren't fubared since they have only been ran on for about 7 months.

Can improper cam timming cause a misfire code and the fuel trim readings i am seeing?
