Default turbonetics kit question

Is there any difference between the 6mt catless and the 5at catless system other than the reflash. I am looking at a catless kit for the g35 but im not sure its for the 6mt. part#15150. THanks.

will not fit. there are several pipes that are different. I was looking to get the 5AT for my 6MT. I called turbonetics up to confirm this. You could still by the kit and then buy the additional piping from turbonetics. thats if you are getting a really good price for the turbo. and F the reflash and get U-Tec.

Keep in mind this is the g35 kit not the 350. Im not even sure they make an auto kit for the g35. When i go to other websites with the part #15150 it just says g35 no cat, it does not state 6mt or 5at.

Yes there is a difference. The auto kits have a different crosss over pipe and bracket. And yes we do have a automatic g kit.

Very ODD Forum Structure..

The links are listed like a "MY SPACE"

Not very informative.. The best information is they have an IS350 Turbo Kit

IS IT CARB Certified... The Site does not say..

Cheers Amy -

Thats funny you are the first person to say the structure is "unusable". I'm not even sure what that means.

Probably because it isn't a VBulletin-based site. It is a phpbb based forum system and is every bit as user-friendly.

Default turbo kit off auto g35 onto a 6spd. z

i talked to vinny ten racing and he assures me that a auto g35 kit will work on a 6spd. z is this true?, he said the pipes will fit and that it will work but you just cant take the manual kit and put it on an auto? i have a 03 z and am in the process of picking this kit up off a auto g35 and he is assuring me it will work

welcome to the interweb and especially this site - asking a question never means you stick around to read, or understand, the answer

lol, some people are such tools, its like im stating its gonna work or something jesus, why is it i am getting people telling me it will work and some it won't thats all i want to know, damn. . anyway the crossover pipe is not that much, a few hundred bucks, so if it don't work wow ill buy the crossover, what a big deal right. holy ****. . a reputable shop for z's told me it would work that doesn many many turbo installs that is kind of someone to believe don't you think?.. so instead of just taking his word for it i decided to do a little research and see if anyone has done it, not anyone elses problem and just looking for feedback on it, not people saying it won't work cause i say so. . i guess we will see and if it don't a new crossover pipe will be bought, although thats such a big deal right and will end up being 2x as much right. . ah no. the kit i am getting a deal on so either way it adds up to being not a big deal. .
