IF anyone has this done or can find any pics of one done on the evolution wastegate, post pics, and vids. Sharif and Forged are going to make me some, but I would like to see a finished product before I get it done.

At what power level should you upgrade your wastegate, and I would love to see and hear a video of your car. Post some pics of your engine with the t66 if you can.

Ooooooops..... forgot your pics. I went with a TurboSmart Pro-Gate 48. I had a pipe custom fabricated.

Just remember.... the higher the boost the smaller wastegate you need because it is flowing less volume. So if you can mount the Evolution don't bother with a bigger wastegate. I hope you know what your in for.

This wastegate is a monster and costs $500.

The stock one is good up to 500whp, honestly Tial makes the best wastegates, they hold boost like no other and very efficent. The turbo looks the same, its just machined out inside also looks alot bigger when you look at the wheel... but its a ***** to take off that intake lol. I will get some video's, I just need a camera man and also a safe spot cause my driving record is shot to chit .

That funny, I saw a data sheet recently comparing several wastegates and believe it or not they were not on top.

Really? Well I am using their 44mm and it holds boost 100% very accurate when I set my maps up, it held boost perfectly i have a 15psi, 17psi and 23 coming soon. So far it has held the first two perfect. Its a very good wastegate none the less.

All are welcome. Craig, the only drawback to the open dump is the noise. but based on the small on your face while I was tuning MP's car with open dumps...I dont think you will mind too much.

Looking forward to it.
