I can hold a steady 15psi on the standard actuators on my APS kit. (that is running the 3.5" downpipes and the 3" exhaust)

I very much doubt that would be possible with an exhaust that generates higher back pressure, on the standard springs.

I believe the Turbo XS solenoid for the UTEC is now only $89 direct from Turbo XS.

I never said the out of box actuators couldn't do that. Read my post more carefully. I said it doesn't matter what boost control you are using if the actuator its controlling is not physically capable of holding the gate closed for that amount of pressure.

I never said that you said they couldnt! I was just giving an example of my setup and what is achievable with an open exhaust.
