with your setup and the HP level you want, ... I would suggest buying a better engine management system than the e-manage. Have you thought about getting a TurboXS UTEC instead? That would allow you to safely tune your car at the 400+HP levels (a lot better than the e-manage would)

my 2¢

U better find someone to tune the car for you, that would be my best advice.

+1 on above, and ditch the small piping on that Injen exhaust to a 3" TD for your 600whp goals. The piping is only 2.25" !!

that fuel set up is "weak-sauce", your only gonna be able to to make 400rwhp, and a emanage blue?? What are you gonna pull timing with, no way possible to make 600 on a emanage blue. Better geta EU, or get a vpro, and bribe the hell out of someone to borrow there usb key.

Ditch the e manage, or at least get the timing harness, and youll probaly get rid of your exhaust thats real restrictive....BTW if you dont want a check engine light get some o2 sims for the test pipes

how in the hell do you figure he's 'only' going to be able to make 400rwhp with 650cc injectors and an AAM fuel system??

He'll be fine with that, ... whether he'll get 600whp without doing anything else is another story .....

Well, because he only has 440right now, 650cc arent gonna make 600 either, try 1000cc.

He has about everything to hold the power but not fuel or EMS to make 600, maybe im wrong, im sure the tuner will tell him...ditch the exhaust, emanage, and open your wastegates.

This is a myth that is simply not necessary...1000cc injectors are not needed to make 600whp...

I am making 604rwhp/644tq at the most of 80% injector duty cycle on 750cc at 40psi base fuel pressure...(and this is only only the parts of the power band that dip into the mid to high 10:1 A/F--overly rich)

These are corrected numbers, granted, but I know I could get 710-740rwhp out of my 750's...with a 11.2-11.6A/F ratio

The best setup is a FCON with HKS 1000cc ijectors, I agree..but this is not feasible for some people, like those who do not have access to a FCON tuner down the street, or those who like to be able to tune their vehicles themselves (me) The next best option...the UTEC; does not have a great interface, is not user friendly, looks like 1975 PONG technology, but it gets the job done and basically runs standalone fuel and ignition timing, utilizing the ECU at vacuum..

thats pretty good, I saw ellias1 car get tuned (modified tuner of the year car), failsafes get tuned, and a few others.
They all used the Fcon, 1000cc, aam fuel system. This was probaly 6 months ago. on PUMP gas with the fcon open dumps, greddy kit..built..blah-blah0blah....all it could make was 580rwhp@17psi, thats why its hard IMO opinion to make 600 on pump, now on elias1 car when the added race gas he made 667rwhp. Im not a tuner, just have seen alot of built Z's get tuned, from my opinion its easy to hold the power, but hard to make it after 600 on pump
