I had a similar situation happen with my APS ST kit and they replaced it free of charge and even overnighted me the part!

that would be funny, problem is i just bought an APS ST!!! is it really true their customer service sucks? i do have warrranty (if that means anything to them, lol).

they're located in australia :-D I think GRD is the vendor FOR the vendors...idk how it works, but im sure their customer support is fine, after the 2months it takes to get in contact w/ them

Is your kit being installed by Japtrix or GRD? If so you should be fine.
