Actually I trapped 113.4 or so on that run. My car is definitely capable of higher trap speeds, I just need to go to the track more (and it needs to be less hot in FL).

that's the key right there. I think making some sort of rubber grommet/buffer between the piping and it's bolt location to the front cover of the motor will help prevent that piping from getting so damn hot.......I'm gonna look into that on my motor build.
