Default I want Turbonetics performance improvement specs.

A stock 350Z will do (approx)

0-60 - 5.9 seconds
Standing 1/4 - 14.1 @ 99mph
Top speed: 150

Most all of you guys are just bragging about dyno specs and that doesent mean jack **** to me. Lets forget dyno specs this time and list some real pavement numbers. I want to know what you guys are getting in the standing 1/4 and 0-60.

I have a friend with a 300Z Twiin Turbo that seems to think he can keep up with a single turbo 350z.

Guys with APS systems are welcome to post.

you haven't spent much time searchign the drag racing forum have you?

and good luck on getting 0-60 times....we aren't ricers and don't use g-tech's.

Since you haven't searched, I'll tell you I ran a 12.5 @ 114mph with stock suspension, nismo exhaust, and 5/16" spacer on the TN kit. Taurran ran a 12.3 @ 112 same night, basically same mods.

Stock best time was a 14.2 (yeah I suck)
Turbonetics best time was a 12.6 at 114 on 19" street tires and a horrible 60 ft. Fastest I've gone was 180 on the digi speedo. Probably off at that speed but thats what it said. No idea on the 0-60. I tried to use a G tech to measure it but couldn't get them damn thing to stop recording after the run was done. Then again I couldn't figure that freaking settings anyways (old school borrowed G tech)

I have searched the entire site but I could not find 0-60 times or at least anything specific. Its tough to measure it unless you have a co-pilot with a stop watch. Thats how I did it when I was running 5.0 stangs about 15 years ago.

I think it would be safe to say that my friend in his stock twin Turbo 300z would get badly trashed by a turbo 350z.

Keep posting specs! I want 0-60 times damit!

Dear lord!!! I didn't think we had the gearing, how long did that take, wow. I have been 165 and that took me a lot of road.

Back to the post, Alberto has went 11.9 at ~115, technically speaking...That should equate to a 3.5 sec. 0-60. I read that somewhere, you know, when I did a search!!!

Like I said its probably off at that speed but thats what it said. I'm not sure how long it took. I was on a VERY long open stretch of road at 2am. Not another car insight. I don't know if anyone has a gear calculator but I was in 6th and right at redline.

It is safe to say that your 360+ whp with any single turbo should beat a 300 flywheel horsepower car anyday of the week. No need to stress, but if your twin turbo friend spent 3k on his ride, he would kill you.

Wow, that is scary fast, when I did my 165, it scared the crap out of me and was about the most fun I have ever had in a car at the same time. At those speeds, it can get a little scary.

I agree. At that speed the light posts on the freeway looked like a picket fence...

Where I live there is a lot of open road to scream your car but at night you have to watch for deer or antelope. Could you imagine hitting a deer at that speed. The deer, you, and your car would be in pieces for the next mile down the road. I hit a deer going 70mph in my SUV and it totalled it. Luckily I was by myself.

On another note, I have heard its not hard to get 500 to 600 hp out of a twin turbo 300z. They are running pretty low boost stock. I used to have a 3rd gen 93 Mazda RX7 twin turbo and it would eat my 350z alive stock.

11.9 @ 114-116mph numerous times, launching conservatively. You wont have good 0-60 numbers because most dont trust GTECH's and tracks dont measure that. Using decent calculators though my fastest 0-60 is 3.5 seconds. Take a look, 60mph happens in this video before I shift into 3rd...

Oh! Forgot...I ran 12.7 with a 2.2 60" time.

I got a friend that has a TT 300ZX with upgraded turbos, built internal, and some minor mods. I raced with him couple times and we were neck to neck. He might got me by a quarter panel. He's running 12 psi at the time. I used to have that video...if I find it I will post it.

Thanks. That was with less than 400whp. My best stock time in only 3 runs was a 13.7 @ 101, so putting on the kit and supporting mods was a HUGE difference...

Hell yeah!! One night I raced a guy on a sport bike(too dark to tell what it was) and smoked the hell out of him and then I started thinking about deer, how fast I was going at night and scared myself silly. I slowed the hell down and didn't really stop shaking until I got home.
