I believe the vq motor is more than adequate to handle 700+hp without a problem. I havent heard of any instances to prove otherwise. I know there are a couple of people here making 650-700rwhp without sleeving.

We beleive the same thing and the goal with this car is to make 600-650WHP at the lowest boost level possible. We might do some higher boost runs but it depends on the customer and if he is willing to upgrade to a Twin Walboro fuel pump set-up because there is no way we can make more then 650WHP on a single 255 Walboro fuel pump.

that intake is pure sex, whats the flow like on it? Do you have flow numbers vs stock? Real Nice Keep us updated on the numbers.
Second - Who is making a twin pump setup? I would be interested in this.
Thanks

Phunk is working on one right now and APS already has a kit.I would go with Phunk though since all the stuff he does is CNC'd and really nice. The APS kit is nice but it comes as a whole package and costs alot.
As far as the intake goes.........We flow-benched about 3 different set-ups so far and we realized that the first two set-ups had a bit more plenum volume then we wanted so it was slowing down the velocity a bit so we decreased the volume a little and picked the velocity back up. We will post the numbers soon but I can say without the TB, each runner is in excess of 300 CFM and with much more velocity then the stock plenum.
We are concentrating on the twin TB,twin MAF set-up now to be used with our turbo system with a revised intercooler and equal length piping. This will be the set-up that everyone will want
