Default New thoughts about rough idle problem; tuners, help!

So ive been searching over my engine bay pretty hard trying to find a vaccuum link thinking that is the cause of my rough idle problem, with no luck. But, i started thinking.....i am still running the out of the box vortech tune, could that be the cause of it. My A/F's bounce from about 13 to about 16 constantly at idle, could that be the cause of the rough idle? Or is that the ECU just doing its thing?
