I'm a Z, this has been my biggest pain in the @aa, same codes. Don't think out of the 20 times its dropped these codes, I have ever been on the highway. It always seams to be in town/traffic when the light pops up.
I don't have plug extenders on front or rear sensors, nor have I swapped my rear right to left sensors. Mia, is this worth a try?

Kevin,
I think you should absolutely try O2 extenders. It seems that every Z that gets this code it goes away with extenders. Its the G35s that seem to continue tripping these codes even with the extenders. Very weird. Lukcily the head of R&D at Turbonetics (aka Obi Wun) is working on this now. If anyone can solve this he can..

FWIW I've never had these codes. I had a mult cylinder misfire on 2 random start ups over a year ago and haven't seen any CEL since.

Hope this fix works for you.

I just got one of those this week. I thought it was so strange to get a random cylinder misfire on startup.

does going with the HKS ignition booster help to solve the cylinder misfires?

I guess that's possible but I don't think anyone has done this to test it.

I just checked my codes today.

I had the 0300, 1274, 1283.....my usual friends that like to say "HI" by lighting up my dashboard.

I have an 04 G35c and I get the P1284 error code. I was getting that along with the P1274 more consistenty before I swapped the secondary o2s. I am still getting the P1284 code every 500mi or so give or take a few after a reset. I haven't been able to solve the problem any further then that. The only thing I think that may work is the o2 sims unless Turbonetics can come up with a cure for us lowly G guys. I am sure they can do it with a tweak in the ECU flash (which I am running). MIA have one of your R&D guys guys cook us up something so we can stop being visited by the 02 error ghost.

Less then 50 miles with the spacers on ......on goes the light!!!!
Same codes P1274 P1283 lean bank 1.
I could try stacking the anti-foul spacers?
When It throws the cel, through the Consult it reads fuel trims 100% and my rpm are aways low around 1000 to 2000 ???

nope. it is either rich or lean in one of the banks...I forget.

Some code numbers are specific to nissan. most scan tools will give you the generic for the code. Always make sure to look over a list of nissan specific codes. google it,and you'll get the list.
