To be honest, this sounds like a different issue man
My CEL has actually been off for 3 weeks now. It turned off by itself. Very odd since it's been for almost a year.
Curious to find out if the temperature to how rich I'm running has anything to do with it...

Could it be a UTEC issue? Could it be a stock ECU issue? Or an injector issue? Here's what the service manual says for my P1274 and P1283 codes. It is defiantely the upstream O2 which are reporting this. The downstreams only tell the ODBII system if the cats are funstioning.

I have been getting these codes every since going FI.
It is wierd because the codes are saying that I have one bank that is lean and the one is rich.
Haven't had the codes for about 4 months now.. 4 months, 900 miles to be exact.
Let's hope it stays this way.
What I did was I went under the car and took the o2's out and cleaned them up.. then threw them back on. I also tried swapping them but ended up swapping back. The codes did come back as pending for a few starts, but I kept clearing them... I haven't cleared it since... mid January.. I'll keep you guys updated though. I have a feeling the ecu is confused sometimes at what's going on rich/lean wise.

Try unplugging the Neg. terminal to the battery and leaving off overnight..
I was throwing some of the same codes when I was having problems with my fuel return.. I fixed the problem, retuned as I was really lean and still had the codes.. While I was hooking my guages up, I removed the neg. terminal for a few hours and when I hooked it all back up, the codes were gone and haven't showed up..

Had to jump in on this one, I just recently had the TN kit installed, actually it was 4 days ago and I am now getting the P1274 code. Any word on what might take care of this. I have an 05' 350z.
If you swap sensors and the codes reverse then I would suspect the DTC condition is true. Otherwise the sensor that reports the error is bad. I would think... Has anyone tried replacing the O2 sensors?
