Whew 11 pages! This thread grew quick!
Congrats on getting your car back and all done so quickly. I know a lot of the TN guys like me are also considering going this route too depending on the stage II details.

BTW, is that pic of the exhaust the APS exhaust? I didnt think it was angled like that.

All GTM rods are manufactured from high tensile strength 4340 Chromoly Billet alloys, and come with 230,000psi ARP 2000 rod bolts, silicone bronze bushing. Test to 350whp per rod without failure. They are lighter (by at least 50 grams per rod ) than some of the big name rod makers & very strong ,made to handle high revs for extended periods.and the best part we have unconditional back up on our rods .

Sam.....Can you post some pics of your shop sometime? I sure would love to see the machinery and some pics of you guys machining and assembling a VQ35 motor.

If there are any cute secretaries or hot import hookers hanging around the shop post some pics of them too!

Bert, it's 'bout time you got her back on the street. When I make a trip back to the Mid-A you know we're going for a ride. Good job Forged.

Tony (thinks it's funny that people say "congrats", like he won a prize )

Dude, I put your tag on the passenger side floor, under a bunch of other stuff, and they still found it. I am not naming names...but i thought it was kinda funny. They were like these little detectives...looking for clues as the car's owner.

Bert, if you don't mind me asking, why does it matter if people found out your car was being worked on at Forged Internals? You had already told everyone you were building a beast so there were only a few places that can do that kind of work.
Just curious why the need for secrecy?

Gotcha. I would HOPE people respect the fact that someone has not told the public about something, therefore they do not want it becoming public knowledge.
I figure that is common curtsey, but I guess some people get overexcited and blurt stuff out at the wrong times.
If you want to hit the drag strip, I saw somone was renting MIR out on a wednesday in early October..? It is in the Mid A boards somewhere.

I wouldn't want anyone stealing my thunder either. Especially after the amount of time, effort, and dough.
