I snapped an axle (right side outer CV) when I ran my GReddy TT setup about a little over a year ago. Sux that it happened on the street I think 'berto is running the 3.3 FD, Nissan VLSD from AT.

Todd your the man. Mine seems to have snapped right before the inner CV joint or maybe even (I dont see this happeneing though) slid out of the CV joint-maybe the c-clip somehow came out.
Is a puller really necessary to "push" the DS out? Also does anybody know what size the axle nut is? I need to take tools up to where my car is as its not near my house. Thanks again Todd-for the info and the awesome deal on the axle...

A 1 1/4" socket will work too. That's what I used since the auto parts didn't have any metric larger than 19mm . And yes, it takes quite a bit of torque to get that bolt loose!
My 4' long piece of rigid conduit aka breaker bar laughed in it's face
