reflash>Eblue in that it's plug and play, no tuning required. Only way I'd go other than reflash is with 550s and a UTEC with a CJM fuel return system and walbro pump. You'll wanna ditch that SSV, it's more a show piece than anything.

the ts reflash won't work on the turbo setup without using something like the UTEC.

only the TN reflash is meant to work with the TN kit.

ONNLLLYYYY reason I say go with the emanage is b/c you can tune it whenever you want and its not a bad ecu. Not the best(I have a utec lol), but it definately is a better choice so that you can tune it whenever you get another mod. You wont have to send out your ecu and have your car down.

I'm runnin on the stock TN reflash and I have exhaust and a plenum spacer and my A/f ratios hover around 11:1 at full boost. Perfectly safe.

So your saying the emanage is better than the utec?? With a lap top and the right knowledge you can tune the utec just as easy. The utec is a much better em than the emanage imo, plus it won't burn out your coils.

Technosquare made the re-flash program for the Turbonetics Kit. So yes you can contact TS and get them to program your ECU...

To the starter of the thread, are you buying this kit used? Cause if new, flash program is included with the price (unless you are getting the Tuner Version)...

Anywho if going for a used kit I would say go for either the Greddy E-Manage Ultimate or fork out a little more for the TurboXS UTEC.

You can find Ultimate's in the classifieds and any tuner who can do the E-Manage Blue should be able to tune on the Ultimate as well.

its used. im out of budget right now so i might just use the emanage blue coz much more cheaper than EU.

but do u think its safer just to use some 380cc injectors and get my ecu reflashed at turbonetics or ts?
much more no hassle i guess than using some 440cc and tuning the emange blue right?

I would choose the EU at the minimum if you are on a budget. If you can't afford it now I would wait on install till you could at the least afford that.

That totally depends on if the person that installs the kit modifies the stock FPR correctly.

I absolutely dislike EU because of the fact that it fries coilpacks. I'd avoid using it if at all possible.

No NO lol I was saying that I have the utec. The utec if you can get it is awesome b/c how exact you can tune it and stuff. I dont like the flash b/c if you ever get another mod, MOST of the time you have to have your car down for a few days. Reason being you have to take the ecu out and have it reflashed, where as using an emanage you can install the part and tune the car on the spot and have no down time.

Thats unfair. Ive got exhaust, 5/16 spacer and Im running 10.5 at WOT. You, taurran and miaplaya all have perfect 11's. Would a re-reflash help me out?

had to bring this back had some related ?'s, so you dont need the TN reflash really.

Because I have a lot of bolt-ons and im planning on using the Utec, should I just skip the reflash all together

BTW the kit is used

Thanks
