He hasnt even loaded the map or parameters that I sent him. Once he loads it, it will just need some fine adjustment to idle right.
But the map and his MAP sensor need to be installed.

LOL!! No map/Parameters, the car will never start with 750cc's, plus he mose likely killed his plugs trying to start it..

But yeah, he does need to up load a map if he's even going near boost.

yes, sharif sent the map, but with none of us ever working with the utec before, it was kinda greek. so i had a local tuner that works on subbies and evo's exclusively, do an initial injector scaling on the bench. they could not get the car in to tune it by the deadline we had, and i had zero time to learn the utec in the short amount of time we had. the intial firing, it ran, but was still rich. joe brought his friend that tuned his evo with the utec, and was familiar with it. he tried inputting what sharif sent, but the car died and did not start again after a few hours of trying. possibly the numbers just got input wrong into the utec from sharifs map.
it was getting to be about 8-9pm, and joe had to get back to seattle, so i swapped the injectors back to stock (spliced back in the stock clips, so now there is 2 pairs of clips to make reinstall of the rc's a snap) and we bypassed the utec. fired up perfectly, but gave joe strict recommendation TO NOT BOOST, lol.
thats the whole story of where he is at. just needs the base map installed, and someone familiar with the utec on the Z to do it, as it is different than on the subbies and evos. no one i have found in the northwest wants to touch it, or wants to be paid for the time to learn the system, 20-30 hours.
if ya had the eu, i coulda had ya going in a jiffy joe, lol.
