I just want our community to understand who they are dealing with. To learn from my mistakes and the mistakes of others on this site.

If we document our experiences good or bad, then we'll have a better understanding as to who AAM is.

Seems like they wore their welcome out in the 3000 community and decided that bad customer service and results are more befitting of the 350z community.
Maybe they should come up with a name for a shop that says they're sponsoring an event only when they have to pay money for sponsoring they say they can't afford it.

We do have names for parents that don't pay child support .... dead beats.

well the other thread ("What I think of AAM!!!") was closed @ the OPs request. He actually had the audacity to delete his original post even though someone quoted him 4 or 5 posts down. quite lame ...

I've been dealing with AAM and no bad experiences from my side.
Anyways, I made sure they were aware about these problems (since I am dealing with them) so we'll find out if they can earn their reputation back. Has anybody had bad experience recently?? On my side, it has been going great and Frank (the mechanic) does quality work.

I am in no means of defending a shop because they will hook me up... I'm just sharing my experience and it's a fact that they did real good work on my car and they even took care of my plenum that I cracked for free of charge. Like I said, they can improve on answering messages and calling people back which is a big part of customer service. I guess it is unfortunate that some people had bad experience with them. Anyways.... I don't feel like talking about this anymore because it will never end but I'm just only talking about MY experience

Jason, Randy, Alex, Frank, Sam, Dave, Eric, and I are all working hard on 350Z's and G35's and on several new products. We'll be releasing one of the new products Monday!
