Are these HKS 1000cc injectors, or RC 1000cc injectors?

RC 1000cc injectors fit. I am running them on my car.

The HKS 1000cc injectors do require a modification to the lower plenum, or the rail, or run a bigger top 0-ring (Charles does this on his).

I am assuming your not using RC or HKS 1000cc??

Which ones are they?

I would take off the runners and see if you have room to machine the lower injector bosses to see if you can seat the injectors lower without the nozzle protruding too far into the airflow.

Also, since your trying to cram a tall injector in there, make sure that your not putting the injectors so deep into the rail that the inlet of the injector is too close to the ceiling of the rail bore, or you can block proper flow to the injectors inlet.

Hi Guys,

it is a HKS 1000cc injectors. i saw it my self. i think it is doable but the mechanic needs to take some material of the fuel rail and the lower plenum.

Punk,
you have a good point about not putting the injectors so deep into the rail that the inlet of the injector is too close to the ceiling of the rail bore.

I have HKS 1000cc injectors and yes the lower plenum has to be modified. Sam from GTM sells modified lower plenums if you can't do the work yourself.

I am running HKS 1000cc without any modifications to the upper or lower plenum or the rails. I did do a little lathe work on the injectors tho

No, but we could probably fix some up to work for you sometime if you need it - or I could just tell you what to have done.

Basically, all we do is machine the upper o-ring groove larger, to fit the stock injector o-rings. This way, it gets a proper seal in 350z fuel rail bores.
