When does it make partial and full boost? Love to see the charts and see how it compares with the APS TT kit.

Is there a noticeable lag difference compared to the smaller turbos of the regular APS TT kit? Can you tell us when max boost of 9 psi is reached? Driving impressions please? Dyno charts?

I would really like to hear more about this project... Any updates?

Are there any deals out there on the APS extreme TT anywhere? I definately need to get the VB from Sharif SOON, but I hate to be w/ out my car for any length of time...

Is the AT shifting good or does it bounce off of the rev limiter like mine does w/ the Vortech... What about the rest of the tranny, is it strong enough to handle the potential of this kit?

I am really looking at throwing this kit on my 04 G35 Coupe... Should it fit as well in the G as it does in the 350Z?

Thanks!

The VB mod makes a huge difference. I got my TCS to kick on shifting into third on low boost. I was confused for a second and then was pretty damn happy when I realized what happend.

3000 rpm 2.3psi, 3800 6.7 , and by 4400 and up, it is 9psi if the tires get traction . But if you are just crusing, it is in vacum. There is really no lag problem. I raced a customer with a g35 with the reg. tt aps kit. There was no lag at all it just blew right by him from start to end at least 8 cars. I actually think it spools faster. It was 8psi on the g35 with the reg. tt kit. And On the extreme kit there was 8.6 psi, because i only had a few seconds to try and lower the boost. That was as close as i could get it to 8psi on the first try. It is a eboost2 controler and it's awesome. I think that boost controller helps alot for quick boost and then maintains it perfect.

There are deals out on the extreme kit . The vb stock does bounce of the rev limiter stock. I then put the level ten in it. It will bounce of the rev limiter only in first sometimes. But, i found out kinda how to shift it. On st. tires you can launch in first shift it by 4000rpm. And by the time the boost comes on it will shift like at 6200. Then 2nd you can hold a little longer to about 5400 and it shifts by 6400. On all the rest of the gears you can hold it to 300rpm before your desired redline. That is not what i wanted out of the VB but atleast it is workable. I will try one of sharif's hopefully soon. The tranny has held up to some good abuse so far. I race the crap out of it and i'm tring to blow the tranny to find the weak link. The problem with the VB companies is that they are just adding a boost valve, and all that does is increase the stock line press. With the trannies we are working on, we will be doing some machining to allow more fluid travel while the shifting process is going on. From what we have seen on the tranny dyno these tranny's are going to hold up pretty good.

I still beleive the VB companies are tring to do there best. But to take it to the next level of power there are going to have to be some changes. So I hope no one takes this as a flame to Level 10 or any other Vb's companies. Because that's all that is out threre right now and i am much happier than stock .

That would make sense since 8 PSI on his compressors is far less airflow then 8 PSI on yours. You should be killing him with ease even at matching pressure ratios.

Naw i know.; We just wanted to see the differences overall. He is thinking of switching to the extreme. I was just tring to compare the way boost came on.

Ok, so where are the deals on the extreme kit? and is there anyway that this thing could ever pass emissions if cats are added?

It will pass emissions with the highflow cats. My didn't the first time because the check engine light. But we added o2 extensions and it fixed it. Here in TX where i'm at they have pretty strict emissions.
