OK, I think it is my fuel pressure regulator. I unhooked the boost/vacuum hose and the pressure didn't drop, as it should have. I then closed it completely, then opened it up completely, and then reset it to 60 psi. I again removed the boost/vacuum hose and the pressure dropped only 2psi.

I'm still running lean, even on a full tank!

if you have a vaccum/boost line hooked up to the regulator, disconnecting the line at idle should result in about a 10 psi increase of fuel pressure if you have a 1:1 boost/vaccum refernced regulator . Our cars full about 9-10 psi of vaccum at idle.

Where do you have the base (no vaccum line hooked up) fuel pressure set to?

Also, check your PMs.

Does anyone know of a good fuel pressure sensor setup that integrates with the stock returnless fuel system for 350z's?

You could run the defi boost and fuel pressure gauges and then put them into differential mode where they will tell you if the delta from boost and fuel changes.

I cut the fuel house and put a T section with 2 barbs on the ends (spliced into the fuel line) then a pressure sensor on the other T connection.

Just about any fuel pressure gauge will work, but you need to get an adapter got the fuel system. There is an adapter that jwt (and others) used to make. it fits where the stock fuel line bolts to the intake manifold. You need to unbolt fuel pressure damper and insert this adapter in its place. Then, bolt the stock fuel pressure damper back on top.

I've got the AAM fuel adapter mounted on drivers side fuel rail + AEM digi fuel pressure gauge mounted in cabin.

I see about 54-55psi @ idle and not on the throttle much, only thing not stock about my fuel system is my 255lph walbro...for now. One thing remains constant under WOT...it never drops below 50-51psi.
