Does a Turbo setup BOV discharge sound the same as a Supercharger setup?

 

I know it does not for the Vortech SC. The voretch SC has a bypass valve, not a blow out valve. totally different things..

 

From what I have experianced, the BOV on the Turbo release when you have a spooled up load, the SC is constantly is releasing until you stomp on the gas. Also the SC is always putting out this cool jet like wistle, the Turbo has a whipping sound when boost is released. Totally layman here but thats my 2 cents!
