Default Car is bogging down...need ideas

Okay, so this may be tranny related, but I also have an s/c so I would rather post here. Btw, I have a 5AT and this is in MM only. I can't push the car in D because it wont shift, etc, etc...everyong is familiar with s/c 5AT not shifting in D.

So far this has happened 4 times exactly. When flooring it in 3rd gear, the car bogs down and the rpms stop going up (studder up and down a bit at the same place until I left off the gas). The last time this happened was last night when an evo was on my *** from a light. I was pulling him, but then my 3rd geard just bogged down around 4k and he went around me. I felt like a fool, but that's besides the point.

I also noticed that if I start in 3rd at like say 40mph and go all the way up to redline it doesn't really happen (I thought it did once but the rpm's kept on truckin'). It seems to only happen when I upshift and downshift into 3rd right around 3.5k-4k which makes me assume my torque converter might be messed up. Btw, VDC is off Any ideas?

Has your car been tuned for the winter ? Your in Boston ? SO I would say its cold now . Your tune in the SS box may not be right for the weather your having . ALmost garranty it . Your hitting area's in the map that hasnt been tuned and its going pig rich enough to bog you down

Actually, I just had it road tuned with the Greddy Ultimate a couple weeks ago, but it's funny you should mention that because I was detonating above 5k and we pulled some timing and richened it up top. Unfortunately, my wideband sensor fried so I'm waiting for a new one. The thing is, it's happening before the point where it was detonating.

It also happened a little over a month ago before it wasn't so cold.
