Do you still have the motor in your car? I JUST got done with my TT install (motor pulled) and some of the studs will not allow your Greddy manifolds to fit properly. You'll need to pull a few out and place them in different spots. I used as many of the studs i could after moving a few around, then added in some bolts as well. I tried to fill every hole, but some are just too tight and had to remain empty.

the greddy bolt placement is offset from stock on half of the ports. sounds like you are doing it with the motor in the car. 2 bolts per port is all that is needed, or, will even be attainable on them. thee is a reason they have smaller nuts in the kit!

+1 so for a good job get the motor out of the car and get done with it.

yep, you're actually supposed to take some of the studs out! Read the instructions.
