Default Questions on Turbonetics kit for 03 350z Touring

Hi,
I'm doing some research for a friend interested having a turbonetics single turbo kit installed on his 03 350Z touring.

I am not familiar with the 350Z systems which is why I am asking so many questions.

He is looking more for reliability rather than maximum HP.

His car has a set of DC Sports headers and Nismo Catback exhaust.
It appears that the kit will work with the DC Sports headers which are the same length as the factory headers.
Will he have any trouble using the Nismo exhaust?

I have already done a lot of searching on the subject and I have a couple of questions.

Have there been any engine failures with the complete kit which includes the fuel and ECU upgrades?

Would it be wiser to purchase the tuner kit and separate fuel upgrades and utec engine management and have someone tune it?

After what HP level is a return type fuel system required?

He's looking for a shop which can do the complete install and tuning if necessary.
Does anyone here have experience dealing with Altered Atmosphere?
How about any other shop in the northeast with experience installing and tuning this kit?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You.

the nismo cat back exhaust is fine. You can run the full TN kit perfectly fine and not need a fuel return system or UTEC management. I suggest calling Performance motorsports instead of AAM.
