Anyone have HKS SSQV BOV on an APS turbo system?

ziv leave your comments to yourself, every time the HKS gets mentioned we get your negative ****, we've heard it before, your opinion is documented.
GmetalZ glad you made it home without hurting yourself, lol. Get used to that power, then hurt the feelings of people thinking they can smoke you.

some of you have serious issues if you have developed such strong feelings about the sound of a BOV. What an insignificant thing to get your panties in a bunch about. sit down, haters.

its been the same way for a couple years now, and its serving me well.
ill explain in depth a little more. when i put this on, there were very few boosted 350z, and none with any mileage. one concern i had was the throttle body since it was a fly-by-wire and i had no idea how sensitive it might be. Inadequate BOV size and response can damage the throttle as the pressure differential can get EXTREMELY high. Imagine; the throttle closes so the pressure builds up huge in that piping - but yet the engine goes into vacuum. Thats the kinda situation that causes throttle bodies to snap in lots of cars that are not properly BOV'd. To date, I have never heard of anyone breaking a VQ35 throttle body - but like I said at the time there was no data to use.
Another reason is like I said, I like to blow off before the intercooler. I am sure the gains are absolutely nothing - but its just in proper theory. Why waste the IC to cool off air just so you can dump it out? Maybe there are times in which I have a 1/10th of a HP advantage cause of it, but its just all in logic to me.
Lastly, its a lot louder with 2. I am all about catching races, and the more tools I have at my dispense to provoke a race, the more races I can get.
