Default Anyone Running a TT setup with HKS Hi Power Dual Exhaust?

I know your all gonna say use the search function but i did and aint found any info. Im looking at getting the APS TT kit and i was wondering if anyone has that kit with the HKS exhaust and what they were makeing for power. Will this exhaust setup make decent power with TT setups? If any of you have done this setup i'd like to hear your feed back on how it worked out thanks.

Yes. I have the JWT TT kit, the HKS Ti True dual (which is what you are refering to, I think), and Crawford hi flow cats, along with a few other things. Making 363 rwhp at 6 psi. Turbos spool to full boost at about 2200 rpms. Almost no lag whatsoever.

Of course, its on my G, which someone keeps trying to tell me is not really a sports car, but hey, whatever.

Cool thats pretty good how does it sound with the turbos? Did it make the exhaust any quieter? Ima be running 8.5 to 9 lbs boost hopefully that will still make decent power with this exhaust i really like it now. I just want to make sure it will work and make decent power with FI.

Call your installer/tuner and ask them what they think

I'm running the APS TT with the HKS dual and test pipes at 9-10 psi. I haven't dyno'd the car yet but I'm guessing power is around 400whp. I highly recommend it for anyone running on the stock block.

Great exhaust for stock block forced induction. And its one of the quieter exhausts at idle and cruise. Sounds amazing at WOT. Fits like a glove, and outstanding quality. We have a 350Z Hi Power in stock, if you need one. PM me for special pricing.

It will make great power, but at that PSI, you are just on the edge of needing to build your block. You will probably be safe with fuel enhancement (bigger injectors), but it will be close. Like someone else said, talk to your installer (if he has experience with the VQ35), or some of the bigger shops for advice.
