Look at a Turbonetics kit and you'd see that it is most likely possible to fit a 3" downpipe in there. You'd just have to route it up over the top of the exhaust manifolds.

As far as numbers, I made 412whp and 431 ftlbs at 9psi on the reflash. I'm waiting for turbonetics to release their EMS so I can tune, hopefully it might be sometime soon as even I'm getting a bit antsy.

Taurran the hydra ems will be out in febuary sometime. Thats what im going to use its a full standalone. I know the turbonetics kit will fit a revup with a steering rack change but does that disable the speed sensitive power steering?

IM getting my tune FINALLY next wednesday so see what we can get and itll be on a 4wd mustang dyno like sharifs I think that reads lower. I have all your mods except for the plenum, and Im gonna try and run a bigger front mount that I have. I HOPE lol I can get close to these high numbers that people have. I didnt know people were reaching almost 500 on the tn kits, so close yet so so far away lol.

I'm working my bugs out as well I need to get my UTEC installed but..

Arias 9.0-1, GTM Turbo cams, rods blah blah blah

Besides my TN ST soon to be on 12-14 psi as well. Someone mentioned a while back that the Evo wastegate would not be good enough for those boost lvl's..anyone chime in on that?

It should be ok to ~500 HP based on its flow rate.... I would start thinking up a larger gate though... A Racegate or Newgen maybe..

The P trim wheel has a larger inducer and larger exducer than the T3 Stage V wheel. The P trim has 64.6mm exducer and 74.2mm inducer. Stage V T3 wheel has a 61.9mm exducer and 71.0mm inducer.

My apologies I looked in the wrong field on my size sheet. What I posted is true for the T4 O trim wheel... I will edit my original post.

I think I have made the most power with the OE Turbonetics kit to date. 456whp, and 488 ft-lbs.

The only addition to the kit was Alphawerks headers. The peak power was at 5450 RPM. Well short of the OE powerband. The 2.5 inch downpipe is the killer as well as the turbine housing.

It doesn't make sense to wait for the stage II kit to be released. We already know the street price for the GTK-550 alone will be $1900 plus any additional piping they will have to fabricate. It won't be worth the added expense to make the switch to an upgraded single turbo setup.

It does make sense to get a Greddy TT setup and sell the TN kit. Greddy TT with intercooler is $5300. Sell the Turbonetics for $3000.

The Turbonetics set up is good for 380-410whp on an OE block. It makes financial sense then. But if you have a built motor then any single turbo kit is a waste of time as every aspect of a TT kit is better as long as price is not a factor.

I think Turbonetics has been talking about the release of a stage II kit for over a year now. It seems like it is always going to be released "soon". Meanwhile for a kit that is supposed to be released soon there aren't any answers to even the most basic of questions such as changes to pipping. If this thing were close to being put on the market they would have that info at worst case.

Default my main problem

My main problem is that I have been planning on getting the 650, but it has T4 flange. What will be involved in making this fit, considering the Stage I kit is using the T3 flange. If this is doable I am not going to be waiting another few months for the stage II kit, when Ed at turbonetics said that they should be shipping the turbos this month.

You upgraded your turbo, that means your not a stage 1 like the OP. I said nobody with stage 1 has hit 500whp and I am correct.

Id be surprised if you could put down 500+whp on a Dynojet. Dyno you went on reads higher...any track times from you yet? I remember reading a lot more from you but havent seen you on here in a while.

Cams will help, but don't expect any miracles.
