mike sold me the kit with the eManage Blue, for reliability reasons I am not sure if I want to use this or goto a UTEC or HKS FCON IS, or save up and step up to a real ems like the FCON, AEM, or Hydra.

Im sure you already read this but you may need a steering rack from an 03' Z in addition to modifying the charge pipe to clear the timing cover (exhaust cam timing), my buddy who custom did his 06' TN set-up had to do this for the downpipes to clear. Good luck...
i put the tn kit on my '05 revup (g35 sedan)
you really don't need a new charge pipe. just hammer a nice dimple into the backside of that pipe. you just need to clear the cam control device. other than that, i needed a slightly longer section of silicone hose

Not sure if its beefier just different Quamen,
But Back on Topic.
Updated
In the search for reliability I have decided to source a fuel return system and step up to a Full EMS.
Soo * on adding the Hydra Nemesis EMS when it is debuted & CJM fuel return. Not to mention I might step up to 650cc injectors and just scale them back.
Also I have created a jar in my kitchen (Built Motor Fund) because even the safest setups have mishaps.

Bumping this back up for more information folks.
I am trying to seruously think about my goals on the Z. I want the most reliable single turbo setup EVER. Power is my second goal obviously and price falls a distant third. However. If something can be done with less why waste $.
I guess I might as well update the status, I am holding off the install until I figure out this stock motor situation.
I would think all that is needed is a nice EMS to tune a nice 400- 450whp out of the stock rev-up
So its come down to a top dog of Fcon or using he still capable Utec.

Well just finished going back from my 3.9 Fd to a 3.5FD and working on welding up a single exit 3" exhaust.
The snow storm had a little ill effect on my car and had to replace the front bumper. I already rolled the rear bumper so I dont have 2 exhaust cutouts.
So as the car sits, I am spending way to much $$ to quickly on the car and building multi engine hours.
But I am thinking of adding a few parts more to my list of goal parts.
Cosworth Plenum depending on Sharif's results
JWT S7 Camshafts and PnP heads with +1 valves.
HKS headgaskets

Alright time to bump my FI thread back up top, since i will be starting the install as soon as the parts arive.
A buddy of mine hooked me up with a charge pipe, and all new clamps and black silicon connections have been ordered.
With the UTEC installed and running great, I need to add a map sensor to it and I will have all the nessesary parts to do this project.
Any pre-game warnings about self install.
I am very worried about the a/c lines even though I have faith in my abilites.
