Default Those with a vortech need a little help

Had my vortech on my car for a few months now(it was used). Everything is fine, but lately I/ve been have this sound that sounds like a bad bearing. I believe its the pulley on the back side of the supercharger on the cog belt( the one you use to adjust the tension on the cog belt). I just wanted to know how tight should that cog belt be, I didn't have it too tight. I took the pulley off and it does feel like its going bad? Where can I get another bearing? And which way should that pulley face. There is a side with a snap ring and one side without. Which side should face the supercharger. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I used to have a vortech, and im not sure but I think I remember you can tell which way it goes because it lines up perfectly with the other pulley one way and not the other. If you need another bearing, call vortech. The cog belt has to be pretty tight, so you can barely move it down, do a search but I think its like half an inch?

The cog belt doesnt need to be tight at all . 1/2 inch movement both ways is plenty tight . With out looking at it , I cant say which way the pulley should go on .

Try putting it together (before tightening) both ways and it fits better the proper way.

I dont know it just seems weird. I bought the system used and don't know if everything is original. The bolt that goes through the bearing in the pully should there be clearance b/w the bolt and the bearing.
