The 7lb pulley is 27/38. So, it looks like you have the 12lb pulley ( I think that is the next step up but, I not sure )

as do i... i must not be doing the right search!?

i thought 26/39 = 7lb and 24/42 = 10lb

is there a formula per ATI that i missing for each individual setup?

any actual procharged guys want to chime in with what they actual have or what pullies (24/42) equal approx. (x) boost?

thanks for the bump and it's better than having to suit up in a shiny outfit to ask some pully questions in a new thread

so... what does a 24/42 cog teeth Procharged pully = in terms of lbs. or approx. boost?

Thanks,

boost is a measure of backpressure and nothing else. it can range for 7 to 12 psi depending on your heads, cams, exhaust, compression ratio etc....

This is true, but procharger named it's pulley upgrades as 9psi, 12psi etc assuming a stock engine and not a xxteeth pulley etc
Hence the question.

thanks STR8... it does make sense. i'm referencing a procharged kit that was on stock compression, stock headers, TP's and a large single exhaust and the guy was trying to get the SC to hit 10psi. ATI gave him a 24/42 pulley set... IIRC, he hit 10psi.

so... per EP3
"sorry to bring this back, im having the same problem. i searched and got many different answers i just ordered the "9psi set" from a vendor here and it came with 3 pulleys, the third being the one you need to remove the flange from on the back of the blower a 28tooth. i thought you only have to change the front 2? the numbers on the puleys are 25 / 40. i called procharger prior to ordering directly and asked what tooth count all the pulley sets were and here is the anwser i got from their tech line (7 psi - 27/38) (9 psi - 26/39) (11psi 25/40)"
