dual aps 2.5 inch. We got more power than I expected out of the 2.5 inch. The power would have increased at the topend with a larger exhaust.

Was this the most power you could extract out of this setup, or was this the power level the customer was looking for ? Edit : Just looked at first post and seen the actuator limitation.

As you mentioned, there is plenty more power to be had with Harry setup. Hopefully he will get the actuators, and larger exhaust...and we can go for more power later.

Do you think there can be alot more power had on that exhaust ? I have the same exhaust and really dont wanna change it out, but I am looking to get 575 to 580 whp on your heartbearker dyno .

With the larger exhaust, I would expect a little more power up top, and a more stable boost curve. Everyone's setup is unique, so its difficult to say how big a difference the exhaust will make. I can say, that the 2.75 to 3 inch exhausts do help all aspects of performance: less backpressure, less heat, faster turbo spool, more stable boost curve, and more power.
