sorry to bring this up again, but i found a good deal on a greddy evo tt, but almost had my mind set on aps 3".
does the greddy evo tt have the same viper-ish tone at wot, or does it sound more like the hks td ti b.c of the smaller piping?

Just wanted to chime in here and give my impressions of the exhausts being talked about. I have not heard the pro-1 in person, but sharif is correct in saying that the APS 3" is a different type of loud. That said, the APS 3" is VERY LOUD. So loud at cruise down the highway, you can't carry out a fluid conversation. The APS is a kick @ss exhaust in terms of looks, flow, and even WOT note, but the note and drone at idle and cruise are unbearable for anything other than a 100% track car IMHO. As APS claims, it is not for the faint of heart!

I haven't heard the EVOTT in person, but I did own an EVO2 and heard many clips of the new TT. I can say that the TT is much more controlled than the APS, and knowing the note of the evo2 and what the HKS sounds like, it will most likely be the exhaust that fits exactly what you are looking for. The only thing about the TT is that I would have it modified and have the bottleneck that GTM refers to removed.

Dank, definitely get this exhaust. Sounds amazing on FI Z's in person. Vids do it no justice.

How come thr greddy exhaust doesn't have any flex's on the pipes near the cat. Like other exhausts.
