mine def does,but i only live about 8 minutes from where i work so i cant really say.when im out on the highway i can still get around 340 miles out of a tank but city driving kills me.

I feel like I get about 17-18 city and about 25-27 highway with my stage 3... but its hard to tell exactly since I do a lot of both per tank. I know I can go WELL over 300 mile freeway... probably at least 350, maybe more if its all highway and thats driving about 80 mph most of the time.
