0. Sale ShltSV and polish your stock plenum http://www.intensepower.com/inmopoinma35.html
plus ad a plenum spacer http://www.intensepower.com/aamspaninpls.html (OPTIONAL but highly recomended)
1. exhaust size? type? etc...
3", do this one IMO http://www.intensepower.com/jicmagdetyps.html
or http://www.intensepower.com/an1extitiex3.html or the TopSpeed exhaust
2. safety measures...
And oil pan spacer wouldn't hurt http://www.intensepower.com/aamspoilpans.html
and since you didn't list it
http://www.intensepower.com/aemaifuga.html
and if possible upgrade from emanage blue to utec
http://www.intensepower.com/tuxsutustuen.html
3. wastegate diff spring? diff wastegate all together?
since you got the wastegate relocation pipe and a boost controller you will be fine on overboosting

4. safe boost
Keep it in the stock boost levels 8.5-8.8 NO more than 9psi and ask for a safe street tune and be happy with what you get

5. and any other suggestions for installig the kit????
drive it like you stole it! and always check your oil levels etc etc
if you got a Z the oil pressure is useless since you already got that in the center dash gauges...id probably add a temperature gauge there...
For your power levels, fuel return is not necessary, so no need for a fuel pressure gauge.

^ do you work for IP?? Can't you just refer the exhaust and let the op decide where to buy? Just a thought. You don' see the tuners come in and paste links to their site around

Do yourself a favor and ditch the SSV. Below is my answers to your list:
1. 2.75-3" will work fine. I like my Apexi WS2
2. Oil pan spacer would help, wideband and boost gauge. Could also add a Spearco WIS kit to ensure there is no detonation
3. Wastgate is fine as is
4. 8-8.5 PSI
5. Get rid of the Emange blue and get a UTEC, EU, or something else...

Don't take it the wrong way...the site itself is great to browse and show all the rig parts anyways and no i don't work for IP, but i would refer people there anytime as they have through the years shown excellent customer satisfaction rating

The one closest to the bottom left, you can just see the part of it in the pic.... you can get it to work, but you might burn a hole in it pretty quick unless you wrap the hell out of it....
