Default water injection and intake manifold temps, how cold does your manifold get?

I noticed when I was on the dyno with the water injection that after doing 1 or 2 runs, the intake manifold was really pretty cold. I have an SSV which obviously is thin polished stainless steel, but was just wondering if people with the plenums made with slightly thicker aluminum and water injection also run really cold too?

I'd assume that aluminum is quicker to change temp, but at the same time, it'd probably be quicker to absorb the ambient engine bay heat

I have the Crawford plenum and it stayed pretty cool to the touch the whole time . It would gradually warm up in between runs though .
