Lightbulb VQ35HR forced induction?

Are forced induction kits made for the VQ35DE compatible with the VQ35HR? Do the twin throttle bodies cause problems in supercharger instalation? Lastly, are there any kits out for the new VQ yet?

I would hold off on that for now. There isn't even an air filter replacement yet, nevermind a turbo kit. I'm sure some of the FI kits would bolt up but you would have to have to do some custom work.

I'm considering an 08 350z, maybe the nismo edition. Do you think there will be anything by then? HOw would a supercharger work with the twin throttle bodies?

Default Supercharger for the HR

The Boat

Cross your fingers here might be your answer

Also Strosek is working on one not the one on the link above. One of my friend works as a project manager for Stillen, he told me that they are working on one it will be available on about 9 month.

How funny would it be if APS came up with a TT kit for the 07 Z before Turbonetics came out with their Stage 2 kit, hahaha.

Not TN bashing or anything, just saying.

Considering the scope of work APS does it wouldn't be surprising. Look at APS site. They make products for a limited segment of vehicles. the Subie family, EVO, C5 and C6 vette, GTO, and the G/Z. A couple other things for Aussie specifc cars but not much. Turbonetics not only develops and produces turbochargers, wastegates, bypass valves, intercoolers, water injection systems, etc but also turbo kits for:

15156-T Turbo Kit, Nissan 350Z 03-04- AUTO - Tuner
15132-T Turbo Kit, Toyota Supra - Tuner

And thats just the turbo kit list. Theres a completely different list for intercooler kits. And I haven't even gotten to the Torque Master Diesel line either. In the end smaller specialty shops are almost always going to come to market before larger companies. Esepcially when the larger company is also developing and producing the subcomponents of the kit. There's only so many hours in a day and theres a lot to do up there.

Lol I know Mia, I'm just joking around. I know that the 350Z isn't the only platform they have to worry about.

Shorter product line generally equals a quicker turn around for new product R&D, release, and support. Maybe TN should consider trimming back some of the products they currently carry and focus on the products that they're selling a **** load of....

Last I checked, the mysterious stage 2 kit has been "coming" for over a year now. Let's not even discuss the lack of '06 / RevUp support.

Personally, if I owned an HR, I'd wait at least a few years until everyone has them figured out. Hell, we're still trying to figure out the 287hp VQ35DE's... To get back to the OP, I wouldn't hold my breath.
