493hp @ what RPM?? It looks like it peaks in the mid-high 5000 rpm range??? Stock cams the culprit here?

It's pretty flat after 6000rpm....good observation. Stock cams and stock heads, along with a timing profile designed for pump gas...all contribute to this. Still stink fast, though.

My car smoked with my turbonetics too. It's not NEARLY as bad now as it was in the video. I think the short block only having 750 miles on it may have been a contributing factor. The smoke is continuesly lessining. Besides it's my smoke screen It goes with my plate...DBL 0 Z muahaha

I didnt know you had smoke issues with the tnetics kit. I think I need to step it up to a TT kit.

I didnt see any smoke on the road..just on the dyno. Without 100mph of airflow on that thing, smoke is going to linger.

That said, I want DJ's mechanic to re-check his oil drain lines, and just make sure nothing is kinked. We didnt do the install...but CIN did a fine job.

Were you by any chance at the Charlotte Auto Show not too long ago? I saw a white Z with Greddy Twins i believe along with an amazing black Z with c-west long nose kit.

Sux that i missed talking to you guys, both your cars were amazing! Plus, I didnt know the black one was Buzzards!? I was there cause my dad collects and rebuilds Opel Gt's and a bunch of GT's were there for the show. He brings his GT up there every year but i happen to notice some Z's were going to be there this time. I guess they alternate which days they put some people cause last time i dont remember seeing the Z's..
