Default APS TT Filters

I was working on fixing my fender liner when I noticed my APS TT Filter on the driver had come undone. I thought no big deal I will put it back in its place and make sure it's nice and snug.
Well lo and behold the filter had come undone from its base. I was able to find a AEM Dry cone filter to put in its place for now but that is temporary since I can't bolt down the filter assembly with the bracket since the cone is wider. I was doing a search and found only one other person this has happened to.

Question:
Has anyone replaced their APS TT filter? Where can I find or order the original APS filters? Avg price? Any other substitute?

I have found 2 K&N filters that would match but the center is not open like the APS filters.

Thanks in advance

You're probably better off just getting that first K&N filter assuming the diameter of the inlet is the same. The end of it not having a hole really doesn't make a difference.

If you try to get new APS filters, you'll probably wait for months.

Just buy 2 new K&N Filters. I asked GTM and that's what they suggested to me (my left filter was kinda beat up).

Maybe this is a silly question... but shouldn't the shops that are APS dealers stock some replacement air filters for the kit???

Believed or not, it is not something that dealers stock. I call 5 dealers on the nation and they all told me that they do not sell the filter separate.

When I examined them they weren't that bad...so I just put them back on...maybe the 2620's.

Little update its been awhile since I made this thread.

Anyway I ordered the 2620's and they are a perfect fit.

A little smaller than the APS filters but they mount perfect at the flanges.

Just wanted to let you guys know since i'm not seeing other APS owners chiming in on this
