Hey Im probably going to buy a twin turbo 350z
Hey Im probably going to buy a twin turbo 350z! It has a power enterprise twin turbo! Im bringing it to a nissan dealership to get the engine checked out! The car is a 2003 and has 53,000 and is a track edition! Im worried about getting the car with the turbo! I just know if I got a z without the turbo I would never get it turboed! Must people are telling me its a bad Idea which is probably true lol but I just want more advice on how to check the car

2) use this thread https://my350z.com/forum/forced-induction/245486-list-of-z-tuners-by-area.html to find the nearest tuner and installer near you to have the car checked out.
3) unless its a nissan dealership that specializes in performance.. the only thing they can do for you is a compression check on the motor to tell you if its still good.. but it won't tell you if its going to blow.. thats why you need to find a tuner/installer.

Just buy it and pop it...so what, Z motors are a dime a dozen. Your local lube shop will swap the motor for under 300 bucks. !!!!LOL!!!!LOL!!!!LOL!!!!
(this is just a joke)

Also, find out if the previous owner is amember here, or any other online forums, and see what he has posted about his car and exploits. Some potential problems might come up, and you might also get an idea of how he maintained it.

Not that it really matters, but how many FI miles are on it? Get compression check done. Is the car real clean for a greast deal? I might consider this! If it's a great deal, hold some money back for built motor for when it goes. But from your post, I don't think you are looking to go that route.

I just sold my TT 350 a little more than a month ago. Make sure it has all the proper upgrades and has been taken care of well. I would stay CLEAR of a 350 with a stock kit and nothing else. I forget what all comes with the PE TT kit, but i'd make sure what else is included and what the boost is/has been running at. SO many things can go wrong and be VEEEERRRRYYY expensive to fix if you can't do the work yourself.
